Jamestown Mystery

Just north of the State Rail Museum in Jamestown, CA. is the remains of the spur to Angel's Camp. If you get out of the car and look closely there is a steam locomotive, freight and flat cars that are grown over. Almost looks like they are in someone's backyard but there's still track and a right away there. Does anyone know who owns that equipment ?
