Current NWP Ops Question

Hi All,

I'm going to be in Petaluma for work later this week and am curious if anyone can provide details on current NWP operations. I was there about a month ago, and noted that overnight hoppers were delivered to several of the elevators in town. My understanding is that they are now running at night (though no idea what time) due to the testing/start up of SMART. Curious if anyone can fill in details.

Also can any one provide their current radio frequencies?
