AFAIK the only active wig-wags in Oregon are on the Willamette Shores Trolley (one, north of Lake Oswego)...and there might be one in Medford but my understanding is ODOT wants that crossing closed.
The wig-wag on the AERC was removed years ago while still the Willamette Valley Railroad, due to a road widening/intersection realignment project. None left on the P&W/W&P; the last two in Dallas were removed years ago (and there's no train traffic there anyways, although the tracks are still there and not yet abandoned despite the sawmill being bulldozed) and the one up in Knappa was removed as well. The last remaining wig-wag on the POTB, at Timber, was replaced with gates/bells/flashers at about the same time the washout occurred; and strangely enough even the new signals have since been removed and replaced with just a crossbuck (first time I've ever heard of ODOT and the FRA signing off on that, but given the circumstances...)
