SP MOW crain special move southbound

I heard dispatcher 68 clearing the tracks just north of Eugene Oregon for a hot special move. At 12:50 a short MOW train came through Junction City some gondolas and an SP MOW crane. looks like it is limited to 25 or 35 MPH and is headed for the bridge problem near Dunsmure.
