Thanks, Steve. I have been following the progress of this project in my daily trips to Port of Tacoma. That old junction at West End / Milwaukee Ave. was certainly a choke point for Tacoma Rail. Now if they could just find a way to stop switching Olympic Container Terminal during the day, when us dray haulers are trying to get into that terminal ...
