Utah Railway - end of the line?

I saw an item in the "Trains News Wire" stating that "the last Utah Railway coal train ran in December, 2016." Is this actually true? And, if so, does it mean that the Utah Railway will pull back to the Salt Lake City area, leaving Soldier Summit and the branch from Helper to the Wildcat Mine behind? I was in Helper this past March and saw a 3-diesel U.P. helper set parked by the depot, and, a day later, a meet between coal loads and coal empties at Floy, but I didn't check to see if there were any signs of life at Martin, which is where the Utah Railway coal hauling engines were - still are? - based.
