As others have said the P32 is not so unusual. L.A. has several laying around to send out and I assume Seattle just cycles them back.

The F59PHi on the other hand works, but only if no one pulls an ex-lax. The fuel tank is small and I am not sure it's HEP could handle the train's needs on a hot day. I sure someone will correct me if I am wrong.

There are two P42's tied up keeping the two WDOT Chargers that are headed to Seattle from Colorado (spotted La Junta) company. They were reported in ABQ a day or so ago. Last two WDOT units went #8 to Seattle. This time???
