CN Unit on flat car BNSF Yard Tacoma Fri 6 PM

Fri 6 pm Heading north on Hwy 509 I looked over into BNSF yard and saw a CN Locomotive that looked like it was on a flat car in pieces.

Anyone know about this or where it was from?

Heading for scrapper?
