"When" is a good question . The switch has been built and there is a public crossing that needs to be "fixed" for a fit. Track in the 1892 depot pit and wire will follow. With no weekend scax service, there is no rush on the project from the museum heads pov.

Yes, our track is connected by the temp bnsf built switch funded by the rctc to get our steam bucket up the depot for the opening celebration of the perris valley scax line (see photo below). We have NOT used the temp switch since.
