Well...I can tell you what others have hinted to...the 4449 will leave the OPR yard (1) once Doyle gets permission from the OPR to enter their yard; (2) once ALL of the AMTRAK Cascades have come and gone and (3) once any UP intermodals have come and gone. It is then up to UP Dispatcher 1 from there to Union Station and let's hope the electric lock on the OPR interchange switch cooperates and there are no large vessels wanting to pass the Steel Bridge.
