You may not like the source, but the somewhat more reliable NYT pointed out many of the same facts a week or so ago. FWIW, the same complaints about no jobs for the locals has been voiced from numerous African nations where China has built projects w/short time immigrants who then go home after the job is done. Not very different from the standard lies about job creation here stateside when once the environmentally diastrous project is finished 3 locals will have min wage jobs and the skilled labor moves on.
