In the past I believe Cal Northern owners of the track from Susuin to Schellville wanted so much $$$ to run train that it was almost too expensive to run.
I would think that if there was a contract to run the train this year all those issues should have been resolved before it was signed.
Seems like their might be a lawsuit over train cancellation
I don't understand how this affects GGRM
Mike did they agree to move with no guarantee that they'd be allowed to run trains in the area?
Could they face opposition from people in Novato and other areas along the tracks who would file lawsuits too expensive for GGRM to fight?
