After California Northern quit operating the railroad south of Willits, there was another NWP that had black widow painted locomotives leased from Omnitrax... Who owned this operation?

Then a couple of years ago there's the current NWP... Both appear independent opwrations... But WHO is the owner?

Also, who owned the NORTH COAST RAILROAD operator from Willits to Samoa and Korblex?
