Interesting... was thereally a bid to operate the NWP sometime after 1998? Won by rail-ways I guess...

You mean CFNR wanted to keep operating to Willits? Interesting. I believe CFNR operated when the line was SP but leased to them...

For some strange reason, it seems to me NCRA has prevented or priced out CFNR to operate on their track... It would seem very unfair.
