Michael was one of the people who formed the SFSR. I took the train from Santa Fe to Lamy and a had good dinner at a local restaurant there. I rode a theme they have called Plaza Lamy. They offered good service, including military shipments to Santa Fe. They still had a few freight customers in downtow @#$%& Fe well into the 90's.

The question is if NMRX Railrunner drove them off a cliff in business? Not really... Santa Fe was already getting too expensive and losing freight. I don't think they have any more (sporadic) freight today?

My question is if they had any revenue from them selling the line (keeping their operating rights, of course) from CP HONDA to Santa Fe?

Just to look at all those trestles with no shippers looks like a nightmare, they need freight, I hope they can try transload.

The dinner train plan sounds nice but would need an aggressive marketing to make it viable. I have no idea how they got away with this PV car trip... How much tie a Bridge work did it took?
