Last definitive information I had was that Jeff Forbis should have gained title, but only if he completed the court paperwork to take possession, and the equipment was not part of the sale to the Williams Group. That would tend to indicate title might still rest with Fred, or with the Forbis family...but it would probably take a lawyer to figure it out.
