The Espee tracks were relocated to the Western Pacific right of way in the 1980's as I recall, as an effort to free up the Espee right of way for development.

The depot building has housed several businesses over the years. There have been modifications, the extent of which, I am uncertain. It was a restaurant in the 1980s.
