CSX Managers start riding bikes to work

E Hunter Harrison is starting to get a lot of push back on his draconian changes at CSX.
Today, 7-27-17 Railway Age posted a cutting editorial urging Harrison to back off the money saving steps taken, My favorite is stopping the use of crew vans for dog catch crews and now making managers take their own cars to pick up crews. Some managers have responded by riding bikes to work. So my question is, with three guys on a bike, is the senior guy top man?
