His rights were out of Texas, not LA. He DID NOT spend "time". He was simply told to go back to seniority. He did, and became local chairman of his local. The employees got upset with him and voted him out and he went to Bakersfield as a condr/bkm. Finally retired, opened a restaurant in Bakersfield and finally died a couple of years ago.
