Why don't you wait for the court to decide for both Bostian and Rockefeller?

Ricky Gates was smokin weed, Rob Sanchez NOT Rick Sanchez (that one is from a TV show)died instantly for texting the teenagers that wanted to perform sexual favors to Sanchez in exchange of a cab ride.

Bostian has been said he is innocent, then apparently, he isn't... So who knows...

I don't know about Rockefeller... He had sleep apnea and good ol Metro North crooks treat their MTA employees like slaves, don't let em have peace and quiet and much needed rest.

With $hit like this happening, it pisses me off that these crooks get away with it, just like Harrison and his cronies @ CSX... What a joke. Where is BLET and their advocates defending crews?

Conrail and Amtrak with NTSB have a full report on Gates and convicted for "involuntary manslaughter"...

Hopefully, this stops happening with time with more safe practices.
