The museum posted this on their Facebook page today:
"The rainfall in Galveston today has led to flooding in some of the Museum buildings. The Galveston Railroad Museum will be closed until further notice. Staff will asset damage and prepare the Museum to open as soon as weather conditions improve. Updates will be posted here and at www.galvestonrrmuseum.com. Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone affected by this storm. Stay safe!!"
Also, BNSF moved some of the museum's equipment out of Galveston.

Much of UP's ex-T&NO Englewood Yard flooded (a photo was posted on their employee website) as did main tracks in the area.
