One of the stone retaining walls was removed from the estate piece by piece, and reconstructed at the Magic Kingdom in Florida.
The Lilly Belle locomotive that is on display at Disneyland's Main Street U.S.A. depot is a replica; the real one as already mentioned is on display at the Walt Disney Family Museum in San Francisco. The Family Museum has done a wonderful job of displaying the train (locomotive, several cars and caboose) within the museum and it's a must visit if you are a Disney fan or railfan in San Francisco.
