Well, the dates must be off but that is Gaviota. There was still a maintainers house & M of W there in 69. There was one tank left that "fell" down in the early 70s. The house track was gone but you can see the bluff of the Hollister Ranch on the other side of the bridge.

It looks like old equipment on the train.
