The answer to both questions is no.

The ZLCBR does no work. The ZBRLC sets out at Lathrop Southbound.

On days that the ZLCLT runs, the entire train terminates at Lathrop. On days that the ZLCLT doesn't run the ZLCBRB or ZLCBRC runs. Those trains do set out at Lathrop and continue north.
