Obviously, this is not a 10 minute "tag the wall" on a freeway overpass. The art is very nice and took a great deal of time and equipment to complete. I just have three questions
1) Where was this locomotive parked, that nobody saw this happening?
I've driven by UP's West Colton yard at night. They so many lights, that it look like 12:00 noon at 2:00 AM.
2) Where was the UP Police while this major event was taking place?
3) Could this be a locomotive that was in a deadline and going to be retired/auctioned or scrapped?
