A search on "Olympic Portland Cement" turns up this photo from Bellingham.

Not of #7, I think. Does not say "Porter" on the cylinder. Date given is prior to #7's 1952 arrival too.

You can zoom in on the original at the site and see details. Looks like a coal tender was smashed.
