Rail Traffic in Oakdale

Anyone know who are the current rail customers in Oakdale? Hunt Foods is a major one, but does Sconza receive or ship anything by rail? It doesn't look like A.L. Gilbert has any rail traffic anymore. Also, any idea why the UP continues to hold onto the old SP section instead of selling it to the Sierra?
