I don't know if there is still a Porter in Oroville, but there was one there in the past.

I have a slide in my collection with the following written on the mount:

Henry J Kaiser Co, Loco #1, 0-4-0 ST
HK Porter #3578 in 1906
Ex Santa Cruz Portland Cement #1 in 1924
On display in quarry yard in Oroville, Calif:
10:00 AM Weds, Oct 25, 1961
