It's a new unit for the Modoc Nothern, one of two they picked up a while back. Both got heavy work at NRE in the Chicago area, and both ended up having numerous additional problems they needed to correct before shipping.

The Modoc NOrthern is very much anticipating the arrival of this unit- they need the power bad!
