My buddy who owns Wasatch Railroad had some of his Shoshoni guys in Ely earlier this year and they did the UT study on the 93 and 81. From what I hear, the 81 boiler is in great shape. Maybe better than 93 and 40 combined. They also studied the tender and it is the best tender on property. May not cost all that much to get done.... I sent a few shillings to help out. I think that anybody who posts on the topic should be required to "pay to play". I could be wrong....
