Cal Zepher detour of Aug 24 ?

Does anyone know how the detours of Amtrak 5 and 6 through the Feather River Canyon went today? I checked the train status board and it says service disruption. Also how did the 3 private rail cars of the original Zepher get from Reno to the westbound 5 today? where did they make the connection, Winnemuca? Thanks. Gary
