Actually, I think it looks worse than it actually is.
If you go back and re-watch the video, you might note that your view is limited to a fairly small aperture. You might also note that most of those vehicles were in the aperture about 1/2 second or slightly less. Thus with a vehicle length of about 17 to 22 feet, you are seeing motion at about 34 to 44 feet per second. Or in other words, about 23mph to 30mph.
So long as sway and bounce at that speed (sway varies exponentially with speed) is less than the available clearance margins, it should be OK - most of the time. Of course, if sway and bounce routinely uses up most of that margin, they are risking vehicle damage. Damage probably happens now and then, especially if employees get pushed too hard and have to run that margin too thin.
Experience and acquired skill definitely matters a lot here.
