Were the containers 20' open top ( with or without tarps) ??? This may have been a move of " dirty dirt " containers for the Skykomish cleanup project. They are loaded right in the well cars. Also a possibility this was a trainload of MT's being moved to the setout tracks in Goldbar, for staging or storage.
