It's possible. He was a civil engineer and by that time was pretty much doing major office buildings and hotels. Have to imagine that there are buildings that would fit into that size catagory at U of Idaho. But, if it's a Mall parking lot... I could easily see him having been working on a mall too. How old is the Mall?
