Burlington Northern Wherizit - Help

This is a where was this taken post, with a fuzzy image, except in this case, I don't have the answer. Found this grab shot in my dad's stuff, taken in the early 1980s (probably 1981) around the time he was travelling a lot for work. Some TO folks have helped narrow it down to probably Eastern Washington or Eastern Oregon... but I'd really love to nail down the exact locale.
