70s on the Hi-Line

No, not the 1970s, but temperatures and wind gusts from a very strong Chinook on Tuesday and Wednesday. The photos below are at Helena on Wednesday, and it was a balmy 65, with wind gusts around 35. It gets warmer and windier as you get closer to the Hi-Line and the Alberta border. Not sure if the huge lenticular cloud is technically a Chinook Arch or not, but this one spreads across most of the Big Belt Mountains, with the Gates of the Mountains on the right.
