The impending cleaner port air standards have already been extended twice, due to resistance from dray haulers and a lack of " legal " newer model used trucks on the market. Word is that the 2018 date will NOT be extended. It could make for some interesting times i.e. -- The Haves and the Have - NOTS among the drayage companies.
