Union Pacific through Downtown Sacramento

Hello, I have a corporate event at the Old Spaghetti Factory at 1910 J Street in Downtown Sacramento. Looking at Google Earth, I see the OSF is right next to the UP tracks. About how many trains can I expect to go through there on a weekday afternoon/evening? Are there benches outside the OSF for me to sit and watch the trains while I wait and/or after my dinner/event?
