I was on the Sierra Dinner Train for the Food Network trip. It HAD to have been a challenge for Chef Irvine, because the resulting food was only average, some courses were barely warm and there were looooong gaps between the courses. I'll look forward to seeing the show Feb. 14. You might see me – 50ish, glasses, buzz cut with a great-looking woman at my side.
