"Wondering Wanderer", whoever you are...I have the date California Northern started operations on all three of its lines as 26 September 1993. Northwestern Pacific Railroad Authority acquired the part of the NWP south of Willits on 22 June 1996, and the North Coast Railroad changed its name to Northwestern Pacific and assumed operations all the way to Schellville on that date.
