Yeah, Gates spreads around his fortune in 3rd world countries tacitly buying goodwill for Microsoft.

All these tax-free "charitable" foundations over a certain amount of assets should be taxed annually,say at 10%, and that tribute money to go straight to food stamps or SSI or paying off student debt, et cetera. Welfare.
