This is a yearly event in Mexico City, sometimes called the "horn show".

The host railroad is FTVM, the Ferrocarril y Terminal del Valle de Mexico, co-owned by the big three Mexican railroads (Ferromex, KCS de Mexico and Ferrosur) and is a neutral switching operation that runs all the yards and industry switching in the Mexico City area. They provide excellent access to its facilities and is fan-friendly.
