When FXE was trying to help out FUS with power, they ordered these to try out SP's idea of tunnel motors. FUS has some ex narrow-gauge mountain RR'ing from sea-level to Mexico City area. Yes they are hauling heavy tonnage from the port (search SEACOR).
The SD70ace's overheated anyway. They re-assigned GE's that could handle it.
