Sheila was born in Sonora, California on Sept. 16, 1976.
After battling cancer for more than a year, she passed away at her home in Tracy, California, on Nov. 29, 2017.
She grew up in Jamestown, California, attended Jamestown Elementary and Sonora Union High School, where she graduated in 1994.
On Oct.1, 2005, she married Michael Keith Edwards in Stockton, California.
Sheila was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
She was involved in many diverse communities, including the Future Farmers of America, Sierra Northern Railroad and PSRM Railway Museum in La Mesa, California.
Sheila was preceded in death by her grandfather, Fredrick Marion Gaiser; and grandparents, Warren and Shirley Appling, and Henry and Mary DeWitt.
