Service is being provided between San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara by train
Web pix show a washout and a large boulder at UP and Olive Mill Rd, a few blocks seaward from 101
Last guess I saw for clearing 101 was 48 hours-
This am that guess might be down to near 24, but we need a new guess
Have no info/rumor about repair of UP
