At 24 meters (78 ft), it would need a special permit or waiver to operate in California, at least.

Also, fun fact, at least in Germany there is no such thing as a wheelchair mount in a bus. At most you'll have a seat belt type strap to hold the wheelchair in place. Pay of the reason why buses in Europe ate less of a pain: it doesn't take 5 minutes delay to get a wheelchair on or off the bus.
