I know I am really a dinosaur when it comes to things like this.....

But, as far as I'm concerned not controlling, supervising, and keeping your children safe when crossing busy streets, or in choo-choo or subway stations, is a form of criminal child endangerment, for which the parents not properly supervising their children should be immediately arrested. It's a dangerous world out there, don't you know........

I remember when that junky mon out in Upland passed out on heroin a few years ago, while her toddlers slipped out of the house, to play on the RR tracks, and got run over by Metrolink.....
