Lots of blame to go around. Rules, inexperienced managers, growing business, ect.ect.ect. Still, Roseville Yard is the core issue. Yard just melts down humping more than 1400 cars daily. As an ex-SP man Roseville is still as screwed up now as when I started in 1978. Once screwed up always screwed up. Using the Falls as a backup would work if there are enough crews. Maybe they need to bulletin for a yard goat or 2.
