The only way an objective, 3rd party audit would be instructive and of any value would be without any a priori no-go zones or caveats. And absolutely no lobbyists "leaning on" the consultants.

Since the chance of that happening is nil the audit will either not happen or be disinformation, spin, fake news.

So which pretender to the throne will "tom" more to the Tejon Ranch and the SVLG - Gavin or Villa?
