Hopefully Guitar Man is there playing songs for the crew as they work. One call to CraneMasters would cure the problem, but when you don't pay them, they won't take your calls anymore.

But wait, the fun continues! The stuck locomotive "caused" a town snow plow truck to crash. You'll also note some "vigilante justice" took place, and someone shut the engine down. Hopefully that was discovered before any freeze damage occurred.
